Loud, 9 Nursery Street, W. Norwalk, Conn.~ be tentatively granted permission to place dock, ramp, and float at Mattituck C~eek, off right-of-way located off Westphalia Road, Mattituck, N.Y. This approval is tentatively granted subject to N.Y.S. DEC approval and subject to the finalization of purchase of property by the applicant. Please advise me when PLr. I have a contract to buy this property from Mrs. Gimbernat for future residential improve- ment including dockage for my boat. The subject property is contiguous on the immediate west to improved property formerly of Gimbernat~ now of Mnnz: which improved property presently has dockage. Other improved properties northerly across Mapes Creek from the subject property also have individual dockage arrangements.
