The proposed construction is beyond 75' from the waters edge and there is a road and other structures between this lot and the water. This office recognizes that the lot in question and the vicinity were last altered in the 1960s when Goose Creek dredge spoil was placed on this area. LoCascio: I have reviewed the file on the above referenced property and concur with the June 24, 1993 letter of this office. I am personally familiar with the property and the near by bulkhead. The bulkhead existed as a functional bulkhead greater than 100' in length in 1963 and has been maintained as a functional structure since then.
