Southold Town Planning Board RECEIVED Notice to Adjacent Property Owners MAY 2 6 2017 You are hereby given notice: Southold Town Clerk 1. That the undersigned has applied to the Planning Board of the Town of Southold for a Site Plan; 2. That the property which is the subject of the application is located adjacent to your property and is described as follows: SCTM#1000-69-5-18.1 & 18.6; 3.
