That the undersigned has applied to the Planning Board of the Town of Southold for a Site Plan; 2. That the property which is the subject of the application is located adjacent to your property and is described as follows: SCTM#1000-69-5-18.1 & 18.6; 3. That the property which is the subject of this application is located in the A-C Zoning District; 4.
