The minutes for the April 13, 2017 meeting was approved.
Introduction:
All applicants will give a presentation consisting of drawings, exterior materials
samples and other information required by the Planning Department to the Committee.
The Committee will ask questions and make suggestions as part of a general discussion
with each applicant. Final recommendations from the ARC will be presented to the
Planning Board in the ARC Meeting Minutes, and be made part of the Planning file for
that application. The Planning Board will consider these recommendations, together
with all comments from other agencies, and provide the applicant with a
comprehensive written list of its requested revisions.
_New Site Plan Applications:
NORTHFORK RECYCLING ( .F. SANITATION) SCTM# 1000-83.-3-4.7
Scott Schelin, property owner was present to present the Site Plan for the proposed
construction of a 1-story 960 sq. ft. building for office use attached to a 1 1h-story 6,000
sq. ft. building for warehouse space and no basement with 16 parking stalls on 5 acres
in the Light Industrial Zoning District. Located: 8475 Cox Lane, Cutchogue.
The Committee reviewed the application and approves the project as it was submitted
today.
Motion made and seconded. All Ayes.
E WOMAN VINEYARD AG. STORAGE BARN SCTM# 1000-51-3-4.14
Brian Cummings, Town Planner presented the Site Plan for the proposed construction
of a 1-story 4,410 sq. ft. building for agricultural storage, and no basement located

within a 0.22 acre building envelope attached to ±18.8 acres of farmland ( CT1000-
51.-3-4.14) with Development Rights held by Suffolk County in the AC Zoning District,
Southold. Located: 19110 Soundview Avenue, Southold.
The Committee reviewed the application and approves the project as it was submitted
today.
