of Southold Town Trustees authorizes and permits the following:
To dredge an existing 16~ X 20~ bulkheaded boat basin
a depth of 3' of MLW. Resultant spoil approximately 23
of sand shall be trucked to an upland site for disposal.
all in accordance with the detailed specifications as presented in
the originating application.

pan of the consideration for the i~,~nce of the Permit does understand and pxesctibe to the fol-
lowing:
1. That the said Board of Trustees and the Town of Southold are released fro~ any and
all damages, or claims foit damages, of suits arising directly or indirectly as a result of any oper-
ation performed pursuant to this Perm~g and the said Permittee will, at his or her own expeme,
defend any and ail such suits initiated by third parties, and the said Permittee assumes full liability
with respect thereto, ro the complete exclusion of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Sonthold
2. That this Permit is valid for a period of 2,4 mos. which is comideted to be the
estimated time required to complete the work involved, but should circumstances warrant, request
for an extension may be made to the Board at a later date.
3. That this Permit should be retained indefinitely, or as long as the said Permittee wishes
to maintain the structure or project involved, to provide evidence to anyone concerned that auth-
orization was origloaily obtained.
4. That the work involved will be subject to the inspection and approval of the Board or
its ageors, and nowcompliance with the provisions of the originating application, may be ,~,,~e for
revocation of this Permit by resolution of the said Board.
5. That there will be no unreasonable interference with naviga~on as a result of the work
herein authorized.
6. That there shall be no interference with the tight of the public to pass and repass along
the beach between high and Iow water m~rks.
7. That if future operations of the Town of Southold require the removal and/or aiteradons
in the location of the work herein authorized, or if, in the opinion of the Board of Trustees, the
work shall cause unreasonable obstmcnon to free navigation, the said Permittee will be requited,
upon due notice, to remove o~r~ alter this work or project herein stated without expenses to the Town
of Southold.
8. Tha~ the said Board will be notified by the Perrnittee ot the completion of the work auth-
otized.
9. That the Permittee will obtain aH other permits and coments '.t.T~ nmy be required sup-

Dear Mr. Just:
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during
its regular meeting held on December 20, 1990 regarding the above
matter:
WHEREAS, GLENN JUST IN BEHALF OF PATRICK LOHN applied to the
Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the
Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated October
18, 1990 and,
WHEREAS said application was referred to the Southold Town
Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations,
and,
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect
to said application on December 20, 1990 at which time all interested
persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and,
WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar
with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and,
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation
submitted concerning this application, and,
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will
not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of
the town,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED THAT GLENN JUST ON BEHALF OF PATRICK LOHN BE AND HEREBY IS
GRANTED PERMISSION UNDER THE WETLAND ORDINANCE TO: dredge an
existing 16' X 20' bulkheaded boat basin to a depth of 3' of
MLW. Resultant spoil approximately 23 c.y. of sand shall be
trucked to an upland site for disposal. Located at 2335 Minnehah~
Blvd., Southo!d, NY on Corey Creek.
This permit will expire two years from the date it is signed if work
has not commenced by said date. Fees must be paid, if applicable,
and permit issued within slx months of the date of this
notification. Two inspections are required and the Trustees are to
be notified upon completion of said project.
Please return to theBuilding Department for a determination on the
need for any other permits which may be required for this project.
Permit will be issued upon payment of the following fees for work to
be done below Mean High Water Mark:
$6.00 per cubic yard: $6.00 X 23 c.y. = $138.00
