The appiicant proposes to maintenance dredge an 18 ft. by 24 ft. existing boat slip to a depth of 4 ft. below MLW, removing approxJ~-nately 64 cu. yds of material to be placed on an upland disposal site. The applicant claims the project is necessary to allow use of the boat basin, and that a financial hardship would result if this pe~nit were denied. plans for ~,.:hich ]nave been filed with the Tidal Wetlands Permit Agent, Department of Envmronmenta!
