Dear Mr. Levy:
The follbwing action was taken by the Board of Trustees during
their regular meeting held on March 26, 1987 regarding the Wetland
Application No. 492 for property located at 885 Arshamomaque Avenue,
Southold.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Trustees DENY WITHOUT PREJUDICE the
Wetland Application No. 492 submitted by Ralph Levy to place 3/4
gravel at the area next to the creek at a depth of 2" to 3" in an area
6' x 75' on property located at 885 Arshamomaque Avenue, Southold, and
you are directed to remove the stone and vegetate the area using rose
plantings if you so choose.
