The Trustees determined that they have no jurisdiction in this matter. It is noted for the record tht the project is 81 ft. landwar'd of the High Tide Bush on the property. Please note, however, thai if any activity takes place on the property from the High Tide Bush back landward a permit will be required from the Trustees. Drawer A Jamespert, New York 11947 Re: Milton Sanders - Beebe Drive, Cutchogue Dear Mr. Raynor: Pursuant to your request for a determination on the need of a wetland permit for the above referenced, please be advised that the Trustees have conducted an on site inspection of the subject property and determined that no permit is required as long as all construction is done in accordance with the survey submitted by Roderick Van Tuyl, P.C. dated February 2, 1987. Please note that a 50 buffer from the edge of the wetland fringe back landward is to be maintained. Should you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact this ~ffice.
