Dear Mr. Haje,
After the Trustees reviewed the above referenced material,
their determination was that they do not have any jurisdiction
since no actual physical work will occur on the said property.
At this time, no permits will be required.

Dear Sirs:
We represent Lois Lesnikowski, who is the owner of
real property described as SCTM No. 1000-106-06-26,
27. Two one-family dwellings presently exist on
the properties. The larger house straddles the lot
line.
In order ro remedy this situation, we propose to
re-draw the line such that each house is wholly con-
tained on each lot. NO physical work will occur.
Please review this ma~uer and, if appropriate, supply
me with a le~er of no jurisdiction.
