ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Village of
Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and
designated as Lots 9 and 10 as shown on a certain map entitled, "Map of Greenport
Driving Park" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on December
1, 1909 as Map Number 369, being more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Flint
Street with the easterly side of Ninth Street;
RUNNING THENCE South 82 degrees 46 minutes 10 seconds east along the
southerly side of Flint Street, 114.76 feet;
THENCE South 6 degrees 53 minutes 30 seconds west, 112.52 feet;
THENCE North 82 degrees 46 minutes 10 seconds west along the division line
between Lots 8 and 9 as shown on the above mentioned map, 125.23 feet to a
monument set in the easterly side of Ninth Street;
THENCE North 12 degrees 12 minutes 30 seconds east along the easterly side of
Ninth Street, 112.94 feet to a monument set on the southerly side of Flint Street at the
point or place of BEGINNING.
