Dear Mr. Domino:
Please accept this letter and enclosed owner authorization forms, survey, preliminary site plan,
and check for $50 payable to the Southold Town Trustees as a request for a pre-application site
meeting with the Board during field inspections scheduled for May 9,2017. With the permission
of the current owners, I am requesting this meeting on behalf of Peter Negri, a potential
purchaser of the property. Mr. Negri is interested in the Board's initial guidance and feedback
concerning whether and where a swimming pool might be constructed on the property pursuant
to Chapter 275.
Should you wish to be supplied with any additional information prior to our meeting, please let
me know, and I thank you for your attention to our request.
