Introduction: All applicants will give a presentation consisting of drawings, exterior materials samples and other information required by the Planning Department to the Conunittee. The Committee will ask questions and make suggestions as part of a general discussion with each applicant. Final recommendations from the ARC will be presented to the Planning Board in the ARC Meeting Minutes, and be made part of the Planning file for that application. The Planning Board will consider these recommendations,together with all comments from other agencies, and provide the applicant with a comprehensive written list of its requested revisions. Amended Platt Appr� jjtj NORTH FORK UNITED METHODIST CHURCH SCTM# 1000-63-1-15 Pastor Thomas Mcleod, Dave Harvey and Dawn Harvey of D&D Architects were present to present the Site Plan for the proposed construction of a 7,640 sq.ft. place of worship and 42 parking stalls including 4 ADA on 2.45 acres in the Limited Business (LB) Zoning District, Southold. The Committee reviewed the application and is making the following recommendations: • Adjusting the current proposed parking spacing within the parking lot to allow some deciduous trees to be added within and around the parking area. • Reduce the amount of proposed mowed lawn and replace with un-mowed grasses and other alternative low maintenance ground cover. • Increase the proposed size of the existing natural wooded areas that will remain located along Route 48 and along Hortons Lane.
