RE: Latham/Majors Terrace
Dear Mr. Hall:
The Trustees have inspected the site of the proposed subdivision
called Majors Terrace, Orient and reviewed the Van Tuyl survey
of same (revised July 7, 1989), and request that the 10' Right
of Way be moved more than 75' upland of the pond perimeter. The
Right of Way, as located, is in a sensitive area, the clearing
and maintenance of which may require a permit from this agency
should it not be moved.
Thank you for your concern in this matter. Should you have any
questions, do not hesitate to contact this office.
Very truly~
