I am the owner of the above referenced vacant land, having
inherited the property from my late mother, Dorothy Peters.
I am in negotiations wit Jodi Jacobs and Samuel DiMeglio to
sell the property. We are asking for a pre-submission conference
and site inspection on April 11, 2017, or any day thereafter.
Since I live in Maryland and will be unable to attend, I hereby
give my permission to the Board to enter the premises and meet
with Ms. Jacobs and Mr. DiMeglio on my behalf.
