Dear Mr. LaRosa:
Pursuant to your request by letter dated June 19, 1986 please be
advised as follows:
WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with
the premises in question and the surrounding area, and
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the documentation submitted
concerning this request, and
WHEREAS, the Board made the following findings of fact:
1.By this request, appellant requests permission to construct a
16' x 21' x 12' addition to an existing dwelling as proposed
on the map of property surveyed for Mark & Lorraine LaRosa, situated
at Laurel, Dated August 31, 1983, and
2. The property is known on the Suffolk County Tax Map as Dist. lO00-
Section 126, Block 2, Parcel 12 or more particularly known as Albo Dr.
Accordingly, on motion made by Trustee Bredemeyer seconded by Trustee Krupski
it was
RESOLVED that Mark LaRosa be and hereby is granted a Waiver of the Wetland
Ordinance as requested for the addition to an existing dwelling on property
located on Albo Drive, Laurel, subject to the following provisions:
1. Care should be taken so as to preclude the entry of any construction
material into the wetland area.
2. Immediately following construction, all areas of exposed soil shall
be protected with suitable erosion control devices and/or vegetated.

Dear 5irs;
Enclosed please find a copy of a survey of my
house with a proposed deck. I am requesting an on-sight
inspection of this proposed work as an alternative to
filing for a permit. The area has been staked out to
the measurements on the survey.
