Wetland Permit #620 to include two (2) additional pilings and float supports at the new
floating dock location, as depicted on the plan prepared by West Creek Builders, LLC
received on April 12, 2011 stamped approved on April 20, 2011, and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustee grants a One-
Year Extension as Amended on April 22, 2009.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

The following action was taken at the Southold Town Board of Trustees regular meeting
held on Wednesday, April 22, 2009:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE the request for a
Transfer of Permit #620 from Roger and Dorothy Lamour to Jay Mandelbaum/1690
Bayview Associates, LLC, as issued on May 27, 1988, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE
the Amendment to Wetland Permit #620 to correct the condition of floating dock
contacting bottomland during Iow tide by moving pilings and dock an additional 6' from
the bulkhead, and to run new underground electrical power line to edge of bulkhead,
and as depicted on the site plan prepared by West Creek Builders received on April 15,
2009.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

proposed actions that are subject to the Town of Southold Waterfront Consistency Review Law. This
assessment is intended to supplement other information used by a Town of Southold agency in

and other ministerial permits not located within the Coastal Erosion Hazard Area.

Dear Mr. & Mrs, Lamour:
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during
their regular meeting held on May 25, 1988 regarding the above application.
WHEREAS, Roger ~¢. and Dorothy Lamour applied to the Southold Town
Trustees for a permit
under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of
Southold, application dated March 3, 1988, and
WHEREAS said application was referred to the Southold Town
Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and
recommendations, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Town Trustees with
respect to said application on May 25, 1988 at which time all interested
persons were given an opportu~ity to be heard, and
WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are
familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation
submitted concerning this application, and
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not
affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED that Roger W. and Dorothy Lamour BE AND HEREBY IS GRANTED
PERMISSION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE WETLAND ORDINANCE OF
THE TOWN OF SOUTHOLD TO: construct a 20' x 6' floating dock and a
10' x 2½' ramp on property located at 1690 North Bayview Road, Southold.
This permit will expire two years from the date it is signed if work has
not commenced by said date. There are two inspections required and the
Trustees are to be notified upon the completion of the work.

shall file with the Clerk a certificate that he has public liability insurance
policies insuring against any liability which may arise
in the performance of the operations pursuant to such pernf~t in such amount
as shall he fixed by the Trustees, which said policies shall name the Town
as a name insured. Please take further notice that
this declaration should not be considered $ determination made for any
other department or agency which may also have an application pending
for the same or similar project.
Please return to the Building Dept. for a determination on the need
of any other permits that may be required for this project.
