1. That it is the intention of the undersigned to request a Permit from the Board of
Trustees to:
Remove and replace(in-place)approximately 48 linear feet of existing timber groin with low-profile vinyl
groin;and remove most seaward+/-8 linear feet of existing groin and groin remnants,all as depicted on
the project plan prepared by En-Consultants,dated March 16,2017.
2. That the property which is the subject of Environmental Review is located
adjacent to your property and is described as follows:

3. That the project which is subject to Environmental Review under Chapters
96,111 and/or 275 of the Town Code is open to public comment on:
