Meeting Minutes
March 30, 2017
I.Call to order by Councilman Bob Ghosio
II.Roll call , Chris Biemiller, Jerry Martocchia, Robin Simmen, Susan Croce
Excused: Melvyn Morris.
In attendance: Glynis Berry, Denis Noncarrow, Councilman Ghosio.
III.Approval of minutes from last meeting. This is first meeting.
IV.Open issues: Meeting opened at 6:10pm.
1)Everyone introduced themselves. Bob asked for thoughts on Chairperson and
Secretary.
2)Conversation about water usage and how to track.
3)Jerry spoke of Shelter Islands code and permit process.
4)Robin brought up other states and how we can learn from them.
5)Chris also spoke of some idea’s he had on what direction we could go in
gathering data.
6)Discussion in sued on new Water treatment systems.
7)Robin and Jerry brought up fertilizers and what can be done to educate.
8)Susan spoke of SCWA and their training.
9)Glynis spoke of websites with info that we can find out things from .
