Town of Southhold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being bounded
and described as follows;
Beginning at a concrete monument set on'the easterly line of Cox Neck Lane at
the northwesterly corner of the premises about to be described where the
easterly line of said Cox Neck Lane is intersected by the southerly line of land
now or formerly of C & D Realty , not or formerly of Town of Southold, and from
said point of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE along said land, South 84 degrees 18 minutes OO.seconds
East, 179.46 feet through a concrete monument to the approximate high water
mark of Mattituck Creek;
Thence along the approximate high water mark of Mattituck Creek on a tie line
