situate, and lying and being in the Town of Southold, at Fleet's Neck, County of Suffolk, and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows:

assigns of GRANTEE forever.
AND GRANTOR covenants that GRANTOR has not done or suffered anything whereby the said

AND GRANTOR, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that GRANTOR will
receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
