situate, lying and being at Mattitiick, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York,
known and designated as Lot 2 on a certain map entitled "Map of Honeysuckle Hills" filed in the
Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on October 16, 1981 as File Map No. 7019 and more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Lloyd's Lane on the division line between Lots 2
and 3 on the aforesaid File Map No. 7019, which point of beginning is also the following three
courses and distances from the intersection of the northerly side of Lloyd's Lane and the westerly
side of Sound View Avenue: (1) South 89° 23' 00" West 133.30 feet; (2) On a curve bearing left
