TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything

BEG1NNfNG at a monument on the southwesterly line of "Hill Road" at the northerly corner of land of Daley, from said
point of beginning running along said land of Daley and passing thru a monument South 21 degrees 54 minutes 30
seconds West, a distance of 240.87 feet to the northeasterly edge of ordinary high water line of Jockey Creels, as recently
dredged;
THENCE along said edge of said high water line, North 57 degrees 10 minutes 12 seconds West, a distance of 98.63 feet;
THENCE still along said high water line, North 36 degrees 3.5 minutes 48 seconds West, 15.64 feet;
THENCE North 21 degrees 52 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 238.21 feet to a monument on said southwesterly
line of "Hill Road';
THENCE along said southwesterly line, South 55 degrees 4I minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 110.0 feet to the
point or place of BEGINNING.
THE POLICY TO BE ISSUED underthis commitment will insure the title to such buildings and Improvements on the premises which
