valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release
unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
second part forever;
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, more particularly bounded and

BEING AND -INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed made by dated December 5, 2007, which said deed was thereafter recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 20, 2007 in Liber 12534 page 513.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to
any street and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first
part in and to said premises: TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted
unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or
suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way
whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants
that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will
hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the
purpose of paying the cost of improvement and will apply the same first to the payment
of the cost of [he improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this
indenture so requires.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated as Lot 17 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Green Acres at Orient" and filed
in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on April 13, 1962, as Map No. 354, said lot being bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of North Sea Drive where the same is intersected by the southwesterly
corner of Lot No. 18 on the aforesaid map and the southeasterly corner of the described premises;
RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of North Sea Drive South 68 deeees 30 minutes 20 seconds West, 110.00
feet to land now or formerly of Orville Terry;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Orville Terry North 09 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds West, 249.01 feet to the
