TVI AREAS: - Ralph W• Sterling and Ellsworth CO
Grathwohl, both resident taxpayers of the Torn of Southold
have filed a written petition to the Trustees of the Town
of Southold for permission to dig a channel 25 feet -in
width and "5 feet in CLepatll at low water in front of and
along the shore of the five lots at Nassau Point called
;unset Bluff in the waters called IlaynTaters, and to
continue- said channel along, the shore of Fishermans
Beach to connect ,Xith the -main channel that leads into
Peconic Day, and
?MERElIS : - it is the opinion of this hoard that said
- dredging will be beneficial to Vie surrounding property and
to the Tome of Southold.
WHEREFORE, RESOLVED ., that the said petition be.
granted and that the hoard of Trustees consent to the
