Roy Haje 1329 North Sea Road Southampton NY 11968 Re: JOHN LA FORCE SCTM $t13-9-16 Dear Mr. Haje, The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during its regular meeting held on April 24, 1996, regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, Eh-Consultants Inc, on behalf of JOHN LA FORCE, applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated March 21, 1996, and, WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations, and WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on April 24, 1996, at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, W/4_EREAS, the structure complies with the standard set fort2% in Chapter 97-18 of the Southold Town Coder WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and-general welfare of the people of the to%m, NOW GSqEREFORE BE IT, RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approves the application of JOHN LA FORCE to construct a 3' X 95' fixed elevated walk, (4' above grade of marsh) a 32" X 20' hinged ramp and a 6' X 20' float secured by 2- 2 pile dolphins.
