Dear Mr. & Mrs, Lademann:
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees
during their regular meeting held on August 27, 1987 regarding the
above matter.
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Trustees Approve the request made by
Michael J. and Elizabeth A. Lademann for a waiver of the Wetland Ordinance
for the construction of a one family dwelling on property located on a right
of way off of Stillwater Avenue, Cutchogue all in accordance with the survey
submitted dated May 5, 1987.
Please be advised that there is a $25.00 fee for the waiver granted.
