RESOLVED that the Southold Town Trustees Approve the request made by Michael J. and Elizabeth A. Lademann for a waiver of the Wetland Ordinance for the construction of a one family dwelling on property located on a right of way off of Stillwater Avenue, Cutchogue all in accordance with the survey submitted dated May 5, 1987.
