While you show a survey dated Feb. 7, 1983 with the applicants property on it, there does not seem ~o be stairs indieated on this survey. [lhe survey has To clearly show stairs leading down ~o bluff. Also in order To Grandfather an application, one or all three of the following things must be submitted to this office: 1) Two affidavits from neighbors of the applicant who have been there since 1983 or before, stating that they know that the stairs were buil~ at that time. These affidavits must be motorized. 2) Old pictures dating back to 1983 or before showing stairs. 3) Stairs drawn of the survey dating on or before 1983 by licensed surveyor. I will continue to process this but you must have these items in the office before the regular meeting of January 26, 1995, and we will also inspect this area on January 18, 1995.
