Box 447 Quogue, NY 11959-0447 Re: SCTM $ 71-1-10 Dear Mr. Just: The following action was taken by the Board of Town T~'ustees during its regular meeting held on September 28, 1995 regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, J.M.O. Consulting on behalf of ANN KWASNESKIapplled re the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Or -dinance of the Town of Southold, application dated August 14, 1995, and, WHEREAS, said application was referred re the Southold Town Conservation Advisor~y Counc/l for their findings and recommendations, and WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town T~mstees with respect to said application on September 28, 1995, as which time all interested persons were giv. en an opportunity so be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familfar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, alld, WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the resrYanony and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standard set forth in Chapter 37-18 of the Southold Town Code, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW THEREFORE BE IT, RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approves the application of ANN KWASNESKI to reconstruct within 18" 110 +/- of timber bulkhead, to construct a new 24' return along western proper~y line, reconstruct stairs and to back fill structure with 20+/- c.y. of clean sand to be trucked in from an upland source. Walkway on top of groin is not included. Located North Parish Drive, Southold. Permit to construct project will expire two years from the date it is signed if not started. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification. Two iuspections are required and the Trustees are to be notified upon completion of said project~ FEES: None.
