Y. 11971 Re: Friedrich Krug Dear Sirs: The attached application is a request to reconstruct an existing failing timber bulkhead within 18" of a presently existing structure. As the project is located on a man made canal off Budd's Pond, it is our contention that the project does not require $ permit from your Board. In support of this I supply a copy of the survey indicating the extent of the privately owned property as per the filed map. Note that the proposed construction lies entirely within the bounds of Mr. Krug's property. This evidence would seem to preclude your involvement as defined in question "2" of your application.
