Re: Friedrich K~g
Wetland Permit #79
Dear Sirs: .~
The above referez~o~d permit was issued and recently
extended to J~Luuary 31, 1987.
It perrpitted i~stallation of a timber bulkhead across
the face of an existir~ indented area on Mr. Krug's
property. As he has been unable to secure Corps of
Engineers pe~ission to undertake this work, it is now
necessary to modify the proposal tO rep~'ace the existing
bulkheads ~~. As the-araa with_in the indented
section is very shaltow,/~a ~.~o_a~e~cessary to dredge
it to a depth of 4' and ~nstall a dock ~r~e~6 ~Lllow
Attached hereto, please find a work plan depicting this
modified proposal as well as a new application. We
respectfully request that you consider an amendment to
your prior permit rather than treating t~is proposal as
an entirely new application. If, however, that is not
possible, please proceed ~_th processing this ~pplication.
Please contact me if you have a~y questions.
President
