The following action was taken at the Southold Town Board of Trustees regular meeting held on
Wednesday, November 13, 2019:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE the request for a Transfer of
Wetland Permit#743 from Veljko J. Krstulovic to Lois J. & Nicholas M. Camarano, as issued on
August 8, 1972; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE the
Administrative Amendment to Wetland Permit#743 for the as-built 3'x28' fixed catwalk and
3'x16' adjustable ramp leading to a "Y" shaped floating dock arrangement consisting of a 4' to
10'wide by 14' long float extension and a 6'x20' float secured by two (2) pilings; and as
indicated on the survey prepared by Nathan Taft Corwin III, Land Surveyor, last dated
November 1, 2019, and stamped approved on November 13, 2019.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

Dear Mr. Domino:
Pursuant to direction from your office and my subsequent conversation with you, please find
attached an application to modify Wetlands Permit No. 743 (which was originally issued in 1972
for a 4' x 20' fixed catwalk, 4' x 9' ramp, and Y-shaped floating dock arrangement consisting of
4' x 20' and 6' x 20' floating docks)to reflect the existing dock configuration, including a 3' x
28' fixed catwalk and 3' x 16' ramp leading to a Y-shaped floating dock arrangement consisting
of a 4' — 10' wide x 14' long float extension and 6' x 20' float secured by(2)pilings, as depicted
on the survey prepared by Nathan Taft Corwin III Land Surveyor, last dated November 1, 2019.
Please note that the existing dock configuration, which is generally similar to that reflected on
the 1972 permit, appears to be roughly the same as that which was present at the time the Board
of Trustees issued Hurricane Sandy Emergency Permit No. 743E to make repairs to the dock in
2013.

Application has been made by MR. YELJKO J. ERSTULOVIC, 609 WEST
ll4TH STREET, NEW YORK, NEW YORK 10025 for a Department of the Army
approval of existing pier, float and piles in MATTITUCK CREEK, AT
SHORE ACRES, TOWN OF SOUTHOLD, SUFFOLK COUNTY, NEW YORK.
A copy of the plans of the work is shown on the reverse of this sheet.
The applicant has constructed a pier extending 20 feet offshore of an
existing bulkhead and having a deck elevation of 2 feet above the plane
of mean high water. The applicant has also installed a float held in
place by piles having a top elevation of 1 foot above the plane of mean
high water and connected to the existing pier by means of a ramp. The
entire structure extends 65 feet offshore of the existing bulkhead~
The decision as to whether approval will be granted will be based on an
evaluation of the impact of the work on the public interest° Factors
affecting the public interest include, but are not limited to, navigation,
fish and wildlife, water quality, economics, conservation, aesthetics,
recreation, water supply, flood damage prevention~ ecosystems, and,
in general, the needs and welfare of the people°
Any criticisms or protests regarding the work should be PREPARED
~RtIT]I~G AND MA]7~ED TO REACR THIS OFFICE prior to 8 January 1973
otherwise it will be presumed that there are no objections.
