Dear Sirs:
RE: Denied application of Kramer
to replace 15' bulkhead
Because of the problems involved in delaying the bulkhead work for
another 90 days to reapply for a permit to replace my bulkhead in
Harbor Lights, I ha~e opted to allow South Shore Docks Inc. to
repair my section of the bulkhead, rather than replace it.
I note that according to Chapter 97 section 12 A 5, the repair
requires no notice or application to you, but feel it prudent to
advise you that I am proceeding in this manner, lest some well
intentioned soul perceives my actions to be in violation of a.permit
not granted.
