Health Dept. and D.E.C. for site approval for a one family residence on the east side of Robinson Road~ Sreenport. It was my understanding that after I get their approval I come to you. This seems to be incorrect~ as the Suffolk Co. Health Dept. requests me to submit to them my "wetlands letter". Please provide me with a waiver for the construction of the dwelling depicted on the attached survey. I have staked the four corners of the house on the lot.
