Dear Trustees:
I am applying to the Suffolk Co. Health Dept. and D.E.C. for site
approval for a one family residence on the east side of Robinson
Road~ Sreenport. It was my understanding that after I get their
approval I come to you. This seems to be incorrect~ as the
Suffolk Co. Health Dept. requests me to submit to them my
"wetlands letter".
Please provide me with a waiver for the construction of the
dwelling depicted on the attached survey. I have staked the
four corners of the house on the lot. If any further information
ie needed please call John Kramer at 765-3811 during the day.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
