The following action was taken by the Southcld Town Board of
Trustees on Thursday, October 26, 1995;
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grants a
waiver to construct a two-level wooden stoop attached to single
family residence over existing masonry stoop. Upper levell0' X
12' and lower level 8' X 15'8". Located 2055 Calves Neck Road,
Southold.

Thursday, October 19, 1995 the following recommendation was made:

Moved by Bruce Loucka, seconded by Allan Connell. it was
RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trbstees APPROVAL
of the Waiver Request of JOHN KRAMER 70-~,-~,5.3 to construct new two-level
wood stoop, attached to single family residence, over existing masonry stoop;
upper level approximately 10' x 12', lower level approximately 8' x 15'8".
