Gentlemen:
I am the Operating Manager of Peter's Neck LLC,a limited liability company with a principal place of
business at 2360 Peter's Neck Orient, New York. A copy of the company details is enclosed.

Peter's Neck LLC is the owner of the following four vacant lots located in Orient:

2. 1388 Narrow River Road,SUM#1000-027.00-04.00-010.005
3. 1620 Peters Neck Road, SUM#1000-032.00-01.00-002.001
4. 1785 Peters Neck Road, SCTM-#1000-032.00-01.00-004.001
The purpose of this letter is to request a pre-submission inspection of the above lots to determine if
they are buildable lots and the likelihood of getting a building permit. It is my understanding that the
next inspection date is Tuesday, March 14tH
