SUPERVISOR RUSSELL: I am going to offer anybody the opportunity that would like to comment on this proposed local law to please feel free? Just for clarification, this is what they call permissive legislation. This permits the schools to opt into the cold war veterans exemption. In other words, to extend the exemption against their levied taxes. It doesn't automatically do it. They would still need to take a separate action. Would anyone like to address the Town Board on this? (No response) This hearing was closed at 5:10 PM Eliz eth A.
