Due to the proposed location of the storage shed within the Town's 75' setback from the C bulkhead, a variance was required. Unfortunately, the variance has been turned down by the Board of Appeals. We are requesting at this time, to modify the application to a Waiver (non jurisdiction) for the~.(see enclosed Site Plans). The project is currently in the building department awaiting issuance of a building permit. We would appreciate your prompt response to this waiver.
