Terry Southold Town Clerk Southold Town Hall Main Road Southold, New York 11971 Dear Judy: Transmitted herewith is Board of Town Trustees au a February 27, 1984: the action taken by the regular meeting held on RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board approval of the Wetland Application #181 submitted by Eh-COnsultants, Inc. on behalf of Paul Kelly with the recommendation that the bulkhead is replaced in place. Very truly yours, Board of Town Trustees Henry P./ Smitk President lp cc: Roy Haje Trustees File BOARD OF TOWN TRUSTEES TOWN OF SOUTHOLD Town Hall, 53095 Main Road P.O. Box 728 Southold, New York 11971 April 6, 1984 TELEPHONE (516) 765-1892 Mrs. Judith T. Terry Town Clerk Town Hall Main Road Southold, New York 11971 Dear Judy: The Trustees reviewed the correspondence received from your office and it is the opinion of the Board that Mr. Kellys' bulkhead should be replaced in place. Therefore, if it was replaced 18" in front of the existing bulkhead, on ~he bay side, it would set a precedent. for future bulkhead replacement, for the neighbors. If it Ks replaced 18" out, on the easterly side, it will be encroaching on the Association property, which the Trustees have been advised, is not owned by the applicant. Possibly, if a letter of permission is obtained from the Association we could review again the application, for 18" in front, on the easterly side.
