meeting held pursuant to notice duly given to all the members thereof on the

personally acquainted, who beins by me each severally duly sworn, said that he resided
in the said Town of Southold, and that he was one of the Board of Trustees of said Town;
that he knew the corpoT'ate seal of said Town; that the seal affixed to the within instru-
ment was such corporate seal;that it tvas affixed by orderof the Board of Trustees of said
Town of ,%uthold; and that, he si_'ned his name thereto by the like order as one of the
Trustees of said Town.
