Stanton Mott 70 feet to a point; thence North 80 degrees 52 minutes .
East along property of Cedric H. Wickham 101.5 feet to a point in
the westerly line of Minnehaha Boulevard; thence by and along the
westerly line of Minnehaha Boulevard 71.75 feet to the point and
place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH all the right, title and interest of parties of the
first part of, in and to, land lying within the bed of Minnehaha
Boulevard to the center thereof.
