Boulevard; and from said point of beginning; running thence along

by deed of Henry M. Aldrich and Deborah M. Aldrich, his wife,
the said Alice Newman having died intestate a resident of Suffolk
County, New York, on May 28, 1976, leaving as her sole heirs-at-law
and next-of-kin the grantors herein.
