degrees 39 minutes 40 seconds East, 135.76 feet to a concrete monument and the
aforedescribed premises= thence along the westerly line of the aforedescribed
premises, South 37 degrees 24 minutes 50 seconds West, a distance of 173.93
feet to a concrete monument and the point or place of beginning. Said right of
way being for the purpose of ingress and egress to and from said premises and
to and from the public highway known as Paradise Point Road, and for the in-
stallation, repair, maintenance and replacement of public utilities, lines,
pipes, wires and conduits over such rightof way in such a manner as not to
interfere with surface travel.
