Said right of way being for the purpose of ingress and egress to and from said premises and to and from the public highway known as Paradise Point Road, and for the in- stallation, repair, maintenance and replacement of public utilities, lines, pipes, wires and conduits over such rightof way in such a manner as not to interfere with surface travel.
