Meeting held on Wednesday, June 19, 2019:
RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVE the Administrative
Amendment to Wetland Permit#4449 to increase the size of the 6'x16' floating dock to
a 6'x20' floating dock; and as depicted on the plan prepared by Thomas J. McCarthy
Real Estate, dated April 17, 2019 and stamped approved on June 19, 2019.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not an approval from any other agency.

Dear Mr. Haje,
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees
during its regular meeting held on April 27, 1995 regarding the
above matter:
WHEREAS, En-Consultants Inc. , on behalf of JOSEPH ST. PIERRE
applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the
provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold,
application dated December 15, 1994, and,
WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town
Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and
recommendations, and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with
respect to said application on April 27, 1995, at which time all
interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and,
WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are
familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area,
and,
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and
documentation submitted concerning this application, and,
WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standard set forth in
Chapter 37-18 of the Southold Town Code, which will be listed on
a separate page, and,
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed
will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the
people of the town,
NOW THEREFORE' BE IT,
RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approves the application of
MICHAEL KEELY to construct a 75+ l.f. of timber retaining wall
with (2) 8' returns, approx. 50 c.y. of screened clean sand will
be trucked in and used as backfill, and a 3' X 28' fixed
catwalk, a 3' , X 12' ramp: and a 6' X 16' float to be secured by
(2) 8'' pilings and a 10' wide vegetated buffer zone-
(non--fertilizer dependent) as per revised plans •- dated 4/27/95,
and if a severe storm occurs and patents are destroyed that they
be replanted, and a 20' non-turf buffer be landward of retaining
wail. .Located: 580 Goose Creek Lane, Southold.
Permit to construct project will expire two years from the date
it is signed. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit
issued within six months of the date of this notification.
Two inspections are required and the Trustees are to be notified
upon completion of said project.

The Proposed bulkhead will be constructed at or above high water

tidal waters at Goose Creek or vegetation located therein caused by the
proposed bulkhead. The wall should prevent further loss of upland
caused by presently occurring erosion.

Dear Mr. Haje,
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees
during its regular meeting held on April 27, 1995 regarding the
above matter:
WHEREAS, En-Consultants Inc., on behalf of JOSEPH ST. PIERRE
applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the
provisions of the W~tland Ordinance of the Town of Southold,
application dated December 15, 1994, and,
WHEREAS, said application was
Conservation Advisory Council
recommendations, and
referred to the Southold Town
for their findings and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing Was held by the Town Trustees with
respect to said application on April 27, 1995, at which time all
interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and,
WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and a~e
familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area,
and,
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and
documentation submitted concerning this application, and,
WHEREAS, the struCture complies with the standard set forth in
Chapter 37-18 of the Southold Town Code, which will be listed on
a separate page, and,
WHEREAS, the Board has determ~ned that the project as proposed
will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the
people of the town, 4
NOW THEREFORE BE IT,
RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approves the application of
MICHAEL KEELY to construct a 72+ 1.f. of timber retaining wall
with (2) 8' returns, approx. 50 c.y. of screened clean sand will
be trucked in and used as backfill, and a 3' X 28' fixed
catwalk, a 3' X 12' ramp and a 6' X 16' float to be secured by
(2) 8' pilings and a 10' wide vegetated buffer zone
(non'fertilizer dependent) as per ~evised plans · dated 4/27/95,
and if a severe storm occurs and patents are destroyed that they
be replanted, and a 20' non-turf buffer be landward of retaining
wall. Located: 580 Goose Creek Lane, Southold,
Permit to construct project will expire two years from the date
it is signed. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit
issued within six months of the date of this.notification.
Two inspections are required and the Trustees are to be notified
upon completion of said project.
