The following action was taken by the Board of To%,n Trustees during
its regular meeting held on June 25~ 1992 regarding the above matter:
WH~, Land Use on behalf of G~ KEEGA_N applied to the
Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the
Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold~ application dated May !I~
1992 and~
WHEREAS said application was referred to the Southo!d
Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recon~endations~
and,
~EP21AS, a public hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect
to said application on June 25~ 1992 at which tim~ all interested
persons were given an opportunity to be heard~ and~
WHF~.REAS~ the Board members have personally viewed and are f~tilie~
with the premises in ~uestion and the surroundin~ area~ and~
WHEREAS, the Board has considered alt the testimony and documentation
submitted concerning this application, and,
W~F~REAS~ the Board has determined that the project as proposed will
not affect the heatth~ safety and general welfare of the people of
the town~
NOW~ THE~cEFORE BE
RESOLVED THAT Land Use ON BEFJkLF OF GE~RARD KEEGAN ~O CONSTRUCT A
X 30' fixed dock elevated a minimm~ of 4~ over existing !M, a 4' X
12~ ramp and a 4~ X 24~ float with a 25~ buffer.
This permit will expire two years from'the date it is signed~ Fees
must be paid~ ifa-31icab!e, and permit issued within six months
of the date of this notification. Two inspections are required and
the Trustees are to be aotified upon completion of said project°
Pemnit will be issued upon pa}~ent of the following fees for work to
be done below Mean High Water Mark:
