The request was submitted by Environment East; it is not clear to me whether or not all of tbs desired work is covered by the submission. The situation before the storm is shown in the attached copy of a survey by Frank Barylski. In addition, although it did not exist at the time of the storm, there was at one time a flight of stairs from the top of the bluff as shown in the Van Tuy! 8/1/72 survey. The property shown in the Van Tuyl survey has been subdivided, and the Keatings purchased Lot No. 70. The Burnside heirs, owners of Lot No. 69, have denied the Keatings access to the previously existing walk (Barylski survey). It is necessary, therefore, that an upper flight of stairs be constructed as shown in the Environment East Plot Plan, 1/14/93, as annotated by me on 5/13/93, including the stairs shown to have existed at the time of the Van Tuyl survey. This clarification is for your files. I assume that grandfather provision would cover the upper stairs. is any problem, please let me know.
