The real property above described is a Unit shown on the plans of a Condominium prepared and certified by
Robert Tast,Architect and maps filed by Young and Young Licensed Surveyor and filed in the Office of the
Clerk of Suffolk County on the 25' day of August 1989 as Map No. 219 defined in the Declaration of
Condominium entitled,"The Cove at Southold Condominium"made by The Cove at Southold,Inc.,under
Article 9-13 of the New York Real Property Law,dated August,25, 1989,and recorded in the Office of the
Clerk of Suffolk County on the 25'day of August 1989 in Liber 10917 of conveyances at Page 477,covering
the property therein described.
SAID PREMISES being known as 555 Meadow Court,Unit#10, Southold,New York.
THE PARTY OF THE FIRST PART named herein is the sole lifet' beneficiary of th/e Wy of the
Second Part,the"Michael J.and Nancy T.Foley Trust"dated _2016,
during the lifetimes of the Party of the First Part and are entitled to all available veterans and senior
exemptions as provided under RPTL subsections 458(7),458-a(5)and 467(9),and the school tax relief

roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the parry
of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration forthis conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost ofthe improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose, The word"party"shall be construed as,if it read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
