county of Suffolk, the following described land in Suffolk County, free and clear with
WARRANTY COVENANTS:
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town
of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot
No. 2 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Nunnakoma Waters at Southold,N.Y."
and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on July 9, 1968 as Map
No. 5126, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of Wampum Way distant South 10
degrees 41 minutes 00 seconds East, 145 feet from the intersection of the Easterly
side of Wampum Way and the Southerly side of Wigwam Way.
RUNNING THENCE North 79 degrees 19 minutes 00 seconds East, 135 feet along
the Southerly side of Lot 1 on the above mentioned map to land now or formerly of
Hallock;
THENCE along land of Hallock South 10 degrees 41 minutes 00 seconds East, 150
feet;
THENCE South 79 degrees 19 minutes 00 seconds West, 135 feet along the
Northerly side of Lot 3 on the above mentioned map to the easterly side of
Wampum Way; and
THENCE North 10 degrees 41 minutes 00 seconds West along the Westerly side of
Wampum Way a distance of 150 feet to the point or place of the BEGINNING.
