Whereas,a certain execution was issued out ofthe Supreme Court,County of Nassau, State of New York=on the
1sT DAY OF APRIL,2016, on a°judgment rendered in an action between LYNN DASILVA,Plaintiff, -
and BARBARA CATHERINE OCONNOR; Defendant, had on the 1 sT DAY OF APRIL,2016, in favor of said
plaintiff and against said defendant,:for the sum of FORTY THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY SIX.
DOLLARS AND 12/100 ($43,566.12) Balance ie raining due and unpaid against said defendant,for the sum of
FORTY THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY SIX DOLLARS AND 12/100($43,566.12)as appears by
the judgment roll filed in the office of the Clerk of the Supreme Court, County of Suffolk,'which said judgment was
docketed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 13TH DAY OF APRIL,2016.
Whereas,.said execution was directed and delivered to the Sheriff of the County of Suffolk commanding him to
satisfy said judgment out of the real property belonging to the judgment debtor, BARBARA CATHERINE
OCONNOR, on the day.when said judgment was so docketed in said County of Suffolk,or any time thereafter.
Whereas,under the terns of the execution,the interest of the judgment debtor of,in and to the premises herein
after conveyed and described was subject to the lien.of said judgment when the execution was delivered to,the
Sheriff OR,
Whereas,the said Sheriff.in obedience to the command•of said execution duly sold uublic auction on the.15TH
DAY OF NOVEMBER,2016, all the estate,right,title and interest which on the 13 DAY OF APRIL,2016,
the judgment debtor had of�inand to said promises. The public auction was held in the auditorium of the Suffolk
County Office Building,360 Yaphank Avenue,Yaphank,New York,in the said'County of Suffolk,having first
given public notice of the time and place of such sale,by advertising,serving and posting the same according to,
law,.at which sale the said premises were struck off to: LYNN DASILVA,for the sum of FIVE HUNDRED
DOLLARS AND 00/100 ($500.00) SHE being the highest bidders.and that being the highest sum bidden for-the
same.
Whereupon,the Sheriff of Suffolk County after receiving from the said purchaser the said sum of money so bidden
as aforesaid,gave to said LYNN DASILVA;the proofs of publication,service and posting ofthe notice of said sale
as directed by the law be given.
Now This Indenture witnesseth,That the said party ofthe first part,by virtue ofthe said execution,and in
pursuance ofthe act in such case made and provided,and in consideration of the sum of money so bidden as
aforesaid,to him duly paid,hath sold and by those presents doth,grant and convey unto the said party ofthe second
part,all the estate,right,title and interest which the said defendant had on the 13'DAY OF APRIL,2016, or any
time thereafter,of in and to the following described property to wit:
