WHEREAS, an AGREEMENT for the payment of legal services was executed on
December 16, 2015, with respect to the above-entitled action for the sum of$163,980.00
Dollars, which was on the 12'h day of January, 2016, recorded on the office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk and filed as a Lien against the property known as 905
Stephensons Road, Orient, New York, has been wholly paid.
THEREFORE, full satisfaction of said Agreement dated 12/16/2015, recorded with the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 1/12/2016 in Liber 12848 Page 417, is hereby
acknowledged, and the Clerk of the County of Suffolk is hereby authorized and directed
to make an entry of full satisfaction of the lien of said agreement.
Notwithstanding this Satisfaction releasing any claims of Bashian & Farber, LLP as to
the subject real property, Lisa Edson and Evans Edson remain personally responsible for
any legal fees due Bashian & Farber, LLP, to the extent that t y are reduced by the
Courts.

SCHEDULE A DESCRIPTION

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Orient, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound where said
high water mark is intersected by boundary line between the hereinafter described
premises and land of Donald Stephenson;
RUNNING THENCE northeasterly along said high water mark the following two (2) courses
and distances: I
1. North 43 degrees 53 minutes 55 seconds East, 72.07 feet;
2. North 46 degrees 18 minutes 33 seconds East, 58.17 feet to land of Horace Terry;
THENCE along said other land of Horace Terry, the following three (3) courses and
distances: E
1. South 48 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds East, 270.70 feet to an iron pipe;
2. South 44 degrees 04 minutes 40 seconds West, 54.29 feet to an iron pipe;
3. South 45 degrees 55 minutes 20 seconds East, 20.00 feet to an iron pipe;
THENCE continuing along said land of Terry and Stephenson, South 44 degrees 04
minutes 40 seconds West, 75.00 feet to an iron pipe;
THENCE continuing along said land of Stephenson, North 48 degrees 17 minutes 00
seconds West, 292.76 feet (actual), 289.30 feet (deed) to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a non-exclusive Right of Way 10 feet in width from the southeasterly line
of the premises over the existing travelled road, 120 feet, more or less, to a private road
over said land of Stephenson;
THENCE along a Right of Way over said private road southeasterly to Main Road, the
center line of the 10 foot Right of Way, is described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of land of Horace Terry adjoining land of
Donald Stephenson, shown as plot W on Survey of the Cedars filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on Map No. 421, said point of beginning being South 55 degrees 08 minutes
20 seconds East 11.00 feet from the northwesterly corner of the "garage parcel" of said
land of Horace Terry.
RUNNING THENCE South 2 degrees 00 minutes West 120.00 feet to the centerline of the
private road shown on said Survey of the Cedars"-.
FOR CONVEYANCING ONLY:Together with all right,title and interest of,in and to any streets and roads abutting the
above described premises,to the center line thereof.
