"Map of Reydon Shores, Inc. , Bayview, L.I. , N.Y, in the Town of Southold
Suffolk County, N.Y." , and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
l County of Suffolk, Riverhead, New York, on July lst, 1931, as Map No.
631; said northwesterly corner of Plot No. 19 being 543 .60 feet distant
from a stone monument set on the easterly side of Oak Drive and on the
westerly side of Plot No. 5 in Block D of said map and said stone
�Imonument being 153 . 60 feet from the northwesterly corner of Plot No. 6
in Block D on said map, and said parcel of land being 90 feet frontage
on Oak Drive and 165 in depth.
TOGETHER WITH all the rights and privilegesof the party of the first
part in and to the use of the beach, in common with other property
